電子城新媒體創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園為舊廠房改造項目，前身為北京電影電視設(shè)備制造廠，該廠區(qū)始建于上世紀五十年代，具有40多年生產(chǎn)廣播電視發(fā)射機整機及配套設(shè)備的歷史、緊鄰地鐵八通線、京通快速與廣渠路、交通通達性高。 電子城新媒體創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園占地面積：79825.73㎡、建筑面積：29784.23㎡、園區(qū)將整合藝術(shù)、人文、工業(yè)等元素，園區(qū)將重點發(fā)展傳媒、影視、數(shù)字新媒體等產(chǎn)業(yè)、力求打造東五環(huán)外文化產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集地、提升企業(yè)互動頻率、打造一個相輔相成的企業(yè)氛圍。電子城新媒體創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)園在園區(qū)定位上、適合傳媒行業(yè)、科技行業(yè)、高新技術(shù)行業(yè)、智能AR等高新科技產(chǎn)業(yè)、力求打造一個產(chǎn)業(yè)閉環(huán)、引進投資基金、為園區(qū)的企業(yè)提供扶持與指導(dǎo)、使企業(yè)不出園區(qū)就能找到合適的發(fā)展方向和融資。
