機關(guān)申請;申請材料存在可以當(dāng)場更正的錯誤的，應(yīng)當(dāng)允許申請人當(dāng)場更正; 申請材料不齊全或者不符合法定形式的，應(yīng)當(dāng) 當(dāng)場或者在五日內(nèi)一次告知申請人需要補正的全部內(nèi)容，逾期不告知的，自收到申請材料之日起即為受理;申請事項 屬于本行政機關(guān)職權(quán)范圍，申請材料齊全、符合 法定形式，或者申請人按照本行政機關(guān)的要求提交全部補正申請材料的，應(yīng)當(dāng)受理行政許可申請。

（二）審查：

行政受理服務(wù)中心受理后，即將申請材料送交醫(yī)療器械技術(shù)審評中心進行技術(shù)審評，技術(shù)審評包括產(chǎn)品檢測和專家評審，技術(shù)審評不能超過60日。但經(jīng)專家評審，對申請人提出整改意見的，申請人整改時間不計入許可時限。

（三）許可決定：

收到醫(yī)療器械技術(shù)審評中心完成技術(shù)審評的資料后，國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局在30日內(nèi)作出予以注冊或者不予注冊的決定，不予注冊的，應(yīng)當(dāng)書面說明理由。

（四）送達：

自行政許可決定作出之日起10日內(nèi)，SFDA行政受理服務(wù)中心將行政許可決定送達申請人。
